Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm event bookings. Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Event Changes
Any changes to event scope or dates must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.
Liability
Creation House acts as an organiser and coordinator; we are not liable for delays, strikes, or force majeure events.
Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary by event and vendor. Generally:
- More than 30 days before event: 80% refund (minus service fee)
- 15–30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: no refund
Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days. Please contact us for specific event policies.
